    Bunny assisted me. I paid $300 for a sample of a cream tube that was made with features I didn't request. When I asked for a new sample that meets my requirements, they want to charge me an extra $200 dollars. They refuse to let me speak with a superior to resolve this and provide me with my new sample at no extra cost. Also, when the tube was in the process, they stopped responding for several days. I demand that they resolve this issue promptly and provide me with my sample at no extra cost so that I can proceed with my full order and conclude the transaction. also this whole process has took months now...

    We produced the sample as your need, after sample finished, you asked matte finish sample. but we didn't talk about it before. You asked us make new sample, so we quoted the sample cost again. As we are sincerely looking forward to the cooperation with you, we also give you a discount on sample, and said this cost can deducted when you need bulk order. All of our cost is fair and reasonable, and we don't have any fault. My manager also talked with you, but you still didn't accept..
